At Probikeshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please ensure items are unused and include all tags to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
