What are the standard shipping times and costs?
We offer standard and express shipping across Europe. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location; however, we offer free standard shipping on orders over €150.
How do I return a product if it doesn't fit?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply log into your account, go to 'My Orders', and request a return label. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.
Are your bikes delivered fully assembled?
To ensure safe transport, bikes are delivered 85% to 95% assembled. You will typically need to install the pedals, straighten the handlebars, and attach the front wheel. We include a basic tool kit and a setup guide with every bike purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. In specific regions, we also offer financing options through Klarna to help you spread the cost of high-performance gear.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all products sold on Probikeshop are covered by the legal manufacturer's warranty, which is usually 2 years. Some brands offer extended lifetime warranties on frames. Contact our support team if you encounter any manufacturing defects.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also monitor your shipment status directly from your Probikeshop account dashboard.
